“The Government of Ukraine is preparing an order prohibiting the entry of vessels flying the Russian flag into its territorial waters and sea ports, the entry of participants who are citizens of Russia or their ultimate beneficiaries, legal entities registered on the territory of Russia. Natural and legal persons who are sanctioned by the Ukrainian authorities,” the statement said.
Britain and Canada have banned Russian ships from entering their ports due to the Ukraine crisis.
