Croatia head coach Zlatko Dalic has announced the final squad for the World Cup in Qatar.
This announcement was made a few days before the arrival of the Croatian team in Riyadh, where on November 16, at the last rehearsal before the start of the World Cup, they will meet with Al-Akhdar. The Croatian team is represented by Real Madrid star Luka Modric.
Croatia’s final list is as follows:
Goalkeepers: Levakovic – Ivosic – Grbic.
Defensive line: Vida – Lovren – Parasic – Goranovich – Guardiol – Sosa – Stanisic – Erlich – Sutalo.
Midfield: Luka Modric – Kovacic – Brozovic – Pasalic – Vlasic – Mayer – Jakic – Shokic.
Forwards: Ivan Persic – Kramaric – Petkovic – Orsic – Bodemir – Levia.
Ivan Rakitic, a former Barcelona player, was missing from the list due to announcing his retirement from international football in 2020.
Croatia is in Group F of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar along with Morocco, Belgium and Canada.
