Women’s futsal competitions at the stadiums of the Al-Nasr club opened on Tuesday with three matches of the first round, in which Al-Hilal and Al-Himma, Al-Sharqiya and Al-Yamama took part, Al-Tarji and Al-Nasr. The Al Nasr women edged out the Esperance team 25 to nil, while the Al Yamama team topped the second group after winning the first leg 12-0.
On the other hand, the first round of the handball competition will start today, Thursday, with three matches: the first match between Al Safa and Al Khuildia, then the match between Al Noor and Justice and will end with the match between Esperance and Al Ahli.
As a result of the draw, the teams were divided into four groups, where the first included the teams “Al-Nour”, “Al-Wahda” and “Al-Adala”, the second included the teams “Al-Khalij”, “Al-Kara” and “Al -Khuda”, the third group included the teams “Mudar”, “Al-Zulfi”. , Al-Rawda and Hira, and the fourth group includes the groups of Al-Safa, Al-Tarji, Al-Ahly and Al-Khuwaildia.
Handball matches will be held at the Arena of the King Saud University, starting from October 27 to November 6, with the participation of 14 clubs: Mudar, Al Noor, Al Zulfi, Esperance, Al Ahli, Al Rawda, Al Qara, Al Wahda , Al-Huda, Al-Adala, Al-Khalidiya, Al-Khalij, Al-Safa, guide. The teams have been divided into 4 groups and the competition will be played in a league system with one round per group, with first and second place winners in each group qualifying.
Notably, the Saudi Games competition will run until November 7, with more than 6,000 male and female players competing in 45 sports, including 5 Paralympic sports, which cover 180 sports events.
