Two children were killed and a third injured yesterday in a shell explosion in Kirkuk, northern Iraq.
A security source said: “Two children were killed and another child was injured when a projectile with war remnants exploded in a village in Kirkuk governorate.”
On the other hand, the Iraqi Defense Ministry announced that it had found rockets and explosive devices left behind by the ISIS terrorist organization east of Salah al-Din province in the north of the country.
The ministry said in a press statement that army forces found 30 rockets and 13 artillery shells left behind by ISIS east of Salah al-Din.
