Ukrainian authorities announced that the curfew imposed in Kiev has been extended until the early hours of next Monday.
Municipal officials declared a curfew between 17.00 and 08.00.
And the “EU” agency reported that this action came at a time when Ukrainian officials reported that clashes were taking place with small Russian forces infiltrating the city as more Russian forces were approaching Kiev.
Some grocery stores remained open until the curfew came into effect and had very few goods in them, and there are currently concerns about the availability of goods.
Some pharmacies were open, but there were reports from distributors that new deliveries were stopped.
Interfax reported that the three main mobile service providers in Ukraine have blocked access to Russian mobile cards.
