On the other hand, Inter Milan suffered their second defeat in a row and their fourth this season, fixing their balance sheet at 12 points and finishing in seventh place.
Inter pushed forward thanks to Federico Dimarco in the 30th minute, then Paulo Dybala equalized for Roma in the 39th minute and Chris Smalling scored Roma’s winner in the 75th minute.
