His Excellency held a meeting with the CEO of Global Markets of General Electric, a meeting with the CEO of Gray Orange Company, and also visited Newlab, during which he met with its CEO, where His Excellency and the delegation accompanying him informed the representatives of the companies about the work of the companies and also discussed areas of bilateral cooperation in the industrial and mining sectors to promote the development of a number of targeted sectors.
During the meetings, His Excellency discussed the promotion of investment between the two countries to achieve the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, as well as an overview of the promising opportunities provided by the industrial and mining sectors in the Kingdom, in addition to considering the incentives and services provided by industry and mining system to its partners in the private sector and foreign investors.
It is noteworthy that the visit of His Excellency the Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources to the United States of America is intended to promote growth paths between the two countries in a number of promising industries and to increase the penetration of Saudi non-oil exports into US markets, which has grown significantly over the past five years.
