Kosovar government determined to drive Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic announced Sunday that Serbs are moving away from northern Kosovo amid tensions over planned boundaries rules.
Vucic’s remarks came after a meeting with representative of Kosovo Serbs in The capital is Belgrade.
