The Palestinian News Agency reported that Israeli gunboats stationed in the sea of the Gaza Strip opened fire with heavy machine guns four nautical miles away at the fishing boats, chased them into the sea northwest of the Gaza Strip and forced them to leave.
In the same context, occupying soldiers stationed at military installations along the dividing wire opened fire directly on farmers and their land in the town of Al-Fukhari in Khan Younis Governorate, south of Gaza. There were no reports of casualties.
