The Appeals Committee rejected a request filed by Al-Nasr to appeal the decision of the Committee on Discipline and Ethics regarding the youth administration’s complaint due to offensive chants by the masses.
The incident is related to the match between the two teams in the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Professional League Championship on May 6, 2022.
The decision of the committee was as follows: “The appeal is accepted in the form in accordance with articles (2-106), (139), (140), (141) and (143) of the Regulations on Discipline and Ethics.
Second: Reject the appeal on the merits and uphold the decision of the Disciplinary and Ethical Commission.
Third: confiscation of the appeal fees paid to the account of the Saudi Arabian Football Association in accordance with Article (3-143) of the Rules of Discipline and Ethics.
Fourth, the decision is final and not subject to appeal in accordance with article (1-146) of the Disciplinary and Ethical Regulations and article (2-62, paragraph D) of the Statute of the Saudi Football Federation.
