Amin Al-Ahsa, head of the participating delegation, engineer Essam Al-Mulla, explained that the conference discussed how cities can emerge from today’s crises through “sustainable finance, smart cities, development and planning, urban sustainability and livable cities of the future.” “. He indicated that the Secretariat’s involvement included a review of Al Ahsa’s experience in quality of life projects that had been implemented as part of the Humanizing Cities and Urban Landscape Initiative.
