Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stressed that Russian President Vladimir Putin and other representatives of the Russian leadership never refuse to have a conversation or a personal meeting with their foreign colleagues.
“We do not impose ourselves on anyone, and if someone wants to talk to us, Russian President Vladimir Putin never refuses his colleagues who ask for a telephone conversation or a personal meeting,” the Russian Foreign Minister said.
“Everyone knows this, and the foreign minister and other members of the Russian leadership behave in exactly the same way,” he added.
