Al-Ittifaq club management, led by Khaled Al-Dabal, decided to pay double bonuses if the team surpasses its colleague Al-Hilal, bringing the reward to 30,000 rials for each player.
Al-Ittifaq will host fellow Al-Hilal on Wednesday at the Prince Mohammed bin Fahd Stadium in Dammam in a postponed match of the twentieth round.
The agreement was to pay players a win bonus of 15,000 riyals per player after a big win over Al Taawun with a score of four in the 26th round meeting of the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Pro Cup.
The club’s management have promised a double reward if they beat Al-Hilal in the postponed clash, due to take place on Wednesday at the Prince Mohammed bin Fahd Stadium in Dammam.
The reconciliation team raised their score to 26 and left the dangerous areas and are striving in front of Al-Hilal to increase their chances of survival by achieving a positive result.
Al-Latefaq is one of the teams facing relegation to the first division along with Al-Thai, Al-Faiha, Al-Ahly, Al-Faisali, Al-Taawon, Al-Batin” and “Al-Hazm”.
An agreement source told Al-Madaniya that Khaled al-Dabal’s administration has contacted a number of honorary members over the past few days to support the club’s coffers in the next phase.
