The Dispute Resolution Chamber recently announced sanctions against Al Hilal first team football star Mohammed Kanu.
The Dispute Resolution Chamber ordered Kno and Al Hilal Club, in solidarity, to pay financial compensation of 27 million rials to Al Nasr Club in connection with the complaint filed by Al Nasr Club.
Solutions arrived:
First: Rejection of the lawsuit filed against the Al-Nasr Club by the professional player / Muhammad bin Ibrahim Knoh.
Secondly: It has been proven that the professional player / Muhammad bin Ibrahim Know terminated the contract concluded on 01/03/2022 AD. with the Al-Nasr Club, for no good reason or good sporting reason.
Third: Order (player Muhammad bin Ibrahim Kanu) and (Al-Hilal Club) to jointly pay financial compensation to Al-Nasr Club in the total amount of (27,000,000) (twenty-seven million riyals) as follows:
1- The amount of (7,500,000) (seven million five hundred thousand rials) of the first payment delivered to the player from the value of the contract;
2- The amount of (19,500,000) (nineteen million five hundred thousand rials) remaining from the total value of the contract.
Fourth: suspension (professional player / Muhammad bin Ibrahim Kanu) from participation in official matches at the local and international levels for a period of four months, starting from the date of this decision.
Fifth: the imposition of a penalty in the form of a ban on registration for two complete and consecutive registration periods at the Al Hilal Club, starting from the first registration period after the issuance of this decision.
Sixth: Oblige (player Muhammad bin Ibrahim Kanu) and (Al Hilal Club) to jointly pay fees for proceedings before the Chamber at the expense of the Saudi Arabian Football Association.
Seventh: answers to other requests.
Eighth: Decision subject to appeal to the Saudi Arabian Sports Arbitration Centre.
Ninth: The time period for payment is (30) thirty days from the end of the statutory period for filing an appeal or after the decision becomes final in the event of an appeal.
