More than 100 French women and about 250 children are still in Kurdish-controlled detention camps in Syria after the repatriation of 35 children and 16 women organized by the French authorities on Monday evening, official sources said yesterday.
According to Laurent Nunez, coordinator for intelligence and anti-PMC radio.
He added: “Whenever we can, we will repatriate for humanitarian and security reasons, reasons that were taken into account during the last operation as a result of the growing instability in the region.”
